Delivery Attempts
For standard deliveries, the carrier will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Damage During Shipping
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please record from camera and report it to the delivery team and contact our customer service within 48 hours.
We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost provided clear photographic evidence of unpacking the product.

Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy allows for exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
